Scope

What this statement covers

The scope is the CloudDream online storefront, including navigation, collection and product browsing, cart, account, contact and policy pages maintained through this Shopify theme. Checkout, payment services, embedded apps and linked third-party sites may use interfaces maintained by their providers.

Practical intentions

How we aim to make the storefront easier to use

Theme work aims to provide logical headings, keyboard access, visible focus, labelled controls, readable contrast, useful link text, meaningful alternative text for informative images and reduced dependence on colour alone. Product and policy copy should use clear language and preserve zoom and text resizing where the browser supports them.

Known limitations

Barriers may remain

Third-party app content, checkout or payment interfaces, older uploaded documents and images supplied without complete descriptions may not behave consistently with the rest of the theme. New content or app updates can also introduce a barrier. If a task cannot be completed, contact us so we can review the specific page and discuss another way to provide the information or service where practical.

Review process

How reported barriers are handled

Our response process is to record the page and task, review the report, try to reproduce the barrier and identify whether the theme, content or a third-party provider is responsible. We then prioritise a practical correction or alternative and may contact the reporter for details or to explain the outcome. We do not promise a fixed response time.
