1.1 Returns — Sleep On It. If It's Not Right, Send It Back.

We stand behind every CloudDream pillow completely. That's why we offer a 30-day risk-free trial — use it, feel it, sleep on it. If it's not the best sleep of your life, return it. No questions asked. No explanations needed.

Here's how it works:

Simply contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return. Once approved, you'll receive a full refund to your original payment method — processed promptly and confirmed via email.

One thing to note: As the pillowcase is a hygiene item that cannot be restocked once used, the cost of the pillowcase will be deducted from your refund amount. The pillow itself? Fully refunded, no hassle.

We only ask that the return request is made within the 30-day window. That's it.

1.2 Cancellations

If you change your mind before a tracking number has been generated, we can accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
